What is the levy?

The Logan County Board of Developmental Disabilities has been providing services on levy funding since 2005. Since then, enrollment has increased by 27%, and costs have increased by 46%. LCBDD receives Federal and State funding and grants, while the vast majority of our funding comes from the local levy.

ALL ABILITIES, ONE COMMUNITY

Making Logan County Accessible

The Logan County Board of Developmental Disabilities helps fund projects to make Logan County more accessible and inclusive through fundraisers and grant funding. Some projects we've helped fund include:

  • Accessible Kayak Launch

  • Accessible Door Openers at Local Businesses

  • Sensory Bags at Logan County Libraries

  • Accessibility at the Fox Island Shelter

  • Accessible Restroom at West Liberty Lion's Park

  • Mobi-Mat at Old Field Beach

  • Accessible Playground Equipment at Bellefontaine, Huntsville, Lakeview, West Mansfield, and West Liberty Parks
